Additionally, we offer a complete line of comprehensive services listed under our Clean House package.  Clean House was strategically  named, as the services falling under the Clean House umbrella will do just that...  "Clean Your House"!  We will  target all non-collected/outstanding claims, rejections up to 12 months (in most cases), and investigate reasons for unpaid status.  Additionally, we investigate coding and current charges to ensure maximum reimbursement and resubmit  claims for payment or valid rejection. The Clean House package  turns your  uncollected receivable into cash.

Full Practice Management


In this package physicians receive front to back-end billing support, including handling patients inquiries. This option completely eliminate the need for a billing staff, concerns with vacation, sick, or any other time off work where the overall production of work output will be effected. Additionally, the services offered in our full practice give physicians what they need most, time to provide quality service to their patients. We take our OBLIGATION to keep you abreast of current changes regarding any ICD/CPT, required documentation, updated Payer's guidelines, and fee schedule changes very seriously.
